Kendal Darnell-Shepherd is a reality TV star and a Lyme disease warrior. She first rose to fame when she appeared on Road Rules: Campus Crawls back in 2002. She later, went on to win the 2004 show, The Inferno. Kendal was also part of The Challenge All Stars, seasons 1, 2, and 3.
Lyme Journey
Kendal’s journey with Lyme disease began when she was just a young child, bit by a tick, and received a bullseye rash. Later in life, during her early thirties, her health began to significantly decline. It wasn’t until a little over a year ago that she was finally diagnosed with Lyme disease after experiencing a wide range of symptoms, including extreme fatigue, joint pain, brain fog, and more.
Advocacy Work
Despite the challenges she has faced, Kendal has become a fierce advocate for Lyme disease awareness and has used her platform to educate others about the disease. She has spoken publicly about her experience and the importance of early detection and treatment.
