If you have this symptom, you probably know it. It is incredibly frustrating. It’s when you push it too hard, and you crash. You are exhausted, you have muscle weakness, you’ve got shortness of breath, maybe heart palpitations. And the reason this happens is because of the mitochondrial dysfunction that’s present.
