Leeann Escobar’s Lyme Hack:

“Hello warriors. My name is Leanne (check out my podcast interview). I have Lyme disease for about four years now. I am officially 95% symptom-free. How I got there? I definitely started changing my thoughts. “My life stinks,” “this is horrible,” and “why me.” But once I started telling myself that “I can heal,” “I feel good,” “I feel great,” and “I feel wonderful” on repeat every day. I had positive affirmations going during my sleep, meditation, prayer, whatever suits you, you can write down your wins, like seriously write down your improvements when you’re having a good day. So you can go back to it and be like I had a good day because a good day means that more days are coming. Your mind is first and then the insight comes. With my research during this time, I’m a big researcher, I read books and studies and whatever, and they all said to get your immune system up for chronic Lyme and the gut health to cleanse your gut and detox. Those are really crucial. A lot of people do like coffee enemas and stuff. I’ve personally found my own regimen with Plexus for both gut health and immune health and it just got me from 50% to 95% along with eating healthy. Drinking smoothies, green super powders, turmeric powders, there’s just so much that you could do for your health. I don’t know if I said celery juice and apples and healing soups and garlic and all this type of stuff has really worked wonders for me. And I don’t get symptoms a lot. I went from sleeping 12-hour days to being on antidepressants, 20 milligrams. Last month, I’m officially off of them. I feel amazing. And I know you guys can heal. If you just focus on these things every single day. Even when you feel like crap. Just keep going. Keep telling yourself you can heal. Don’t get stuck in that rut of there’s no cure. Because if you just continue to build up your immune system and eat right, then in six months you might just have some big changes like myself. I’m rooting for you. You can always talk to me. I can always help you out. Even vent too. I hope you have a wonderful day. Happy healing to my Lyme warriors. You got this.”
