“I have multiple chronic illnesses, including Lyme, mold, Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS), Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), all of it. And here’s exactly what I used. This is my biggest hack. So I use the word ‘heal’ no matter what because it helps me access all the areas. When we’re healing a chronic illness, it is not just the physical and I wish I knew that sooner. I like to use the word ‘heal’. So let’s start off with ‘h’. ‘H’ just to Hold on to the root cause. What is the root cause? Is it the bacteria or is there more? Environmental, energetic, and spiritual. There are always deeper layers if you’re not healing, ‘E’ is for Eating an anti-inflammatory diet. We don’t want to be eating things that are creating more inflammation in the body. ‘A’ is to remind you that All detox channels matter, especially at a physical level as well, because if the physical process is not working for you, it could be that you’re not eliminating toxins correctly. And most importantly, that is to Love yourself with the letter ‘L’. It is so important to start building a self-connection with your body and with your nervous system. Coming into a self-connection can help ease so much pain, especially with the gaslighting problems that we have with chronic illness. You have so much power within you.
