Ashley Marba’s Lyme Hack:
“Hi, I’m Ashley (check out my podcast interview). I’m here to share my Lyme hacks for Lyme Disease Awareness Month on Tick Boot Camp. I have three tips. One is to always trust your instinct. Always listen to that little voice in the back of your head, or your gut that’s telling you something’s wrong, or maybe what you need to focus on. For me, it came in part one was healing my Lyme, and then healing co-infections, yeast, mold, and also one of the biggest things and hardest things for me was healing past traumas. Number two is having a good balance between rest and activity. Too much of either seems to make me feel sicker, and I don’t feel as well and I feel like the toxins just kind of start building up in my system and make my head feel weird and that yucky feeling that we get with Lyme. Number three is detox. I wish I knew about detox at the very beginning of my Lyme journey. Once I discovered how to do that properly, that was a game changer for me. Now, whether that’s with binders, sweating, or flushing it out, they are all great ways of getting that extra buildup of toxins out of your system. Thank you so much for listening, everybody.
