“Hi. My name is Tiamáni Shyne, and I was diagnosed with Lyme disease back in December of 2024. Here are some tips that I have for you that have been helping me on my healing journey. So one of the biggest things is your diet. I’m on a gluten free, dairy free, sugar free diet, which has been helping me tremendously. Also, incorporating a lot of fruits and vegetables in your diet is super, super important. I eat a lot of blueberries just due to its benefits. It can help with inflammation. Also, antibiotics, I was on Doxycycline for a little bit, and now I’m on Amoxicillin. Hopefully that does a trick. Light activity is super important. I know sometimes it’s super hard and debilitating because we deal with a lot of chronic pain, a lot of fatigue, but that can help, as well as stretching. I also recommend finding Lyme disease groups, it can be really, really helpful, and it lets you know that you’re not alone and other people are also struggling through this issue as well. I’m hoping that these tips help you.” – Tiamáni Shyne
