“Hello, everyone, and Happy Lyme Disease Awareness Month. My name is Kahlil, also known as Two Monies, aka Two Co-Infections. I’m here today to share with you guys a few of my Lyme hacks. As we all know, Lyme can be a very financially draining experience, so a few of the things that I do on a daily basis, I would like to talk about, you know, cost no money, just something that you all can do every day by yourself at home. I like to start with, you need a good sleep. Great sleep. A good eight hours of sleep. If you can get that in every night, I promise you, it will make your body feel so much better, even during the day, if you feel tired, fatigued, depressed, or angry, try to just take a nap. That will help you kind of reset through the day. You can take a little nap for 15-20 minutes, wake up, and just feel a little bit refreshed. It’ll help you just clear your head a little bit. Another thing I want to speak on is you need to find some type of distraction. Any distraction that you can find to help get you through whatever you’re dealing with that day or going through will work wonders just to get away from the Lyme world like you’re just not even in the world anymore. It could be a movie, video game, talking to a friend, drawing, writing, or reading a book. Find something. Cooking, working out if you can, anything that can give you a distraction, it will work wonders. I do this a lot. It helps me a lot. Something that I need every day. For me, it’s Shark Tank. I love Shark Tank. Shark Tank is something I watch all the time. Gives me hope, and motivation. So that’s one of the things I watch when I’m feeling a little down, I just turn on the old episode of Shark Tank. It doesn’t matter, any episode, just seeing people going out there still fighting for their dreams, you know, and seeing the episodes where some people on Shark Tank with Lyme disease, who’s still out there fighting for it, going for it. So, it just pushes and gives me help. So those are two of my little Lyme hacks that I use on a daily basis to help get me through today. And you know, hope you guys are taking care of yourself and doing well. Happy Lyme Disease Awareness Month. Take care and goodbye.” – Kahlil Fuller
