Jessica Jensen’s Lyme Hack:
Jessica Jensen recognizes that most of us want to go right into Lyme killing mode right away, but our body is in such a fragile state, and this could do more harm than good. Her Lyme hack is to set strong foundational healing habits. This will show your body love and support. It will make sure you are on the same team so you can kick Lyme’s ass together. For example, find a way to move your body. Make sure you’re meeting your body where it’s and you build up slowly. An organic, local, whole-food diet can be helpful as well. Nutrition matters. Make sure you’re getting enough nutrients, vitamins, and minerals so your body can heal. Make sure to be hydrated at a cellular level. Get deep restorative sleep. Reduce your stress. Support your nervous system. Consider rewiring your limbic brain and working on trauma. Your body needs to be in a parasympathetic state to heal. Spend time in nature. Sunshine, fresh air, and grounding are all great for you. Make sure your drainage pathways are open. Reduce your toxic burden in your environment, food, water, and in the products you use. Setup a daily detox practice. Make sure joy, happiness, fun, laughter, and gratitude are a part of your daily routine. Remember, you are healing, and you are not alone!
