Personal Health
She personally struggled during her youth with mood, food, and focus issues. She realized over the years that many of her struggles were rooted in genetics, childhood trauma, food sensitivities, antibiotic overuse, stealth infections, digestive challenges, and hormonal imbalances.

These struggles in her youth didn’t end as an adult, which ultimately demanded a love for self-care and a craving for a detox lifestyle. As you can see her passion for self-heal has been based on desperation to feel her best, think her clearest, and create the life she envisioned for herself.

She is the creator of the Doc Brown-Bush protocols and Crave Detox program and bars.

Dr. Brown-Bush has practiced functional medicine and naturopathy for 8 years. She also has 23 years of experience in coaching fitness and nutrition and 13 years of experience as a holistic psychotherapist.
