Carly Taylor’s Lyme Hack:

“Hey, my name is Carly Taylor. I was on episode 125 of the Tick Boot Camp Podcast. I’m so excited to share a few tips for healing Lyme disease. I am pretty much in remission, and I’ve been feeling so much better these last six or seven months, and I owe this to the tips that I’m about to share with you. The first one is to reduce the toxic load on your body. This means the food you’re eating, the air you’re breathing, the water you’re drinking, and the products you’re using. This can take a little while, but slow steps will make a huge, huge difference in how strong your body is to fight. The more we can eliminate the toxins, the best we can prepare our bodies to heal. The second tip is your mindset. This is the most important step because whatever your mind is thinking, your body will react. And everything really shifted for me when I started changing the language that I was speaking but also changing what I was telling myself in my head. I cannot stress this enough. Changing to “I am healed,” changing your vocabulary to not claiming the disease, not saying “my Lyme,” but saying “the Lyme.” All of these language changes and positive thoughts in my head really catapulted my body to be able to heal. This can take a while and it’s definitely easier said than done, but I promise practicing changing the vocabulary will help a ton. Try to catch yourself when you can feel yourself talking negatively and don’t get down on yourself, just recognize it and then change the pattern. The more we do this, the more we can change those patterns in our brains. And then when we think positive, and we think we are healed, and we’re feeding that to our body, our body will respond. These are tips that I hope you enjoyed and if you ever need anything feel free to reach out.”
