“Hi, everybody. I’m Dr. Jody Greenfield from Get Well Medical Care of South Florida in Delray Beach, Florida. You know, I had Lyme disease pretty bad in the past, I was pretty ill and debilitated. I really wanted to get better. So, I would like to talk about an important Lyme hack, which I think should be helpful for a lot of people. For me, it was super important that I was able to find an excellent Lyme literate physician who was familiar with Lyme disease, the coinfections, and its many, many important manifestations. Something else that is super important is a positive attitude. I believed I’d get better and I had faith I would get better. Every day, I would tell myself, “I’m getting better, I’m going to get better, I will be better”. So it’s super, super important. So it sounds simple, but it’s true. If you have a positive attitude, it should help you get better. If you have a negative attitude, if you keep saying you’re not going to get better, don’t worry, you won’t. So believe in yourself, believe, have faith, and have a positive attitude. Follow instructions from your trusted healthcare practitioner, and hopefully, all will go well and you should get better. Thank you, and I hope this is helpful for you and you get well soon.” – Doctor Jody Greenfield
