Find Daily Purpose When You Feel Lost

At the start of her Lyme diagnosis, Taylor felt depressed, unmotivated, and overwhelmed.

Create a Simple Wellness Habit Tracker

Taylor designed a life wellness tracker to log small activities in different areas each day (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual).

“Hi. My name is Taylor, and I am from Hearts and Bloom Health. I was diagnosed with Lyme disease and other co-infections in 2014 and went into remission in 2017. I want to share with you something that transformed my healing journey and also transformed my mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health during it. So every single day in the beginning, when I first got diagnosed with Lyme, I needed something to work towards, to motivate me, because I was completely depressed and unmotivated, and just completely lost. So I created this cool habit life wellness tracker. I would put an activity in each of these sections that I did for that day, and that would help me be able to look back and see I am being productive, I am achieving things, even if I’m bedridden that week. So this turned into eventually an annual bucket list that I do now. I just definitely want to recommend this to you, because it definitely helped bring healing to me, and I know it will bring healing to you. If you have any questions, please comment below or reach out at Hearts and Bloom Health.” – Taylor Brune
