Signe Jensen’s Lyme Hack:
Signe Jensen shares a general tip for dealing with Lyme disease that has also helped her significantly when dealing with chronic fevers due to Lyme for several years. Taking pain killers was not a realistic option for Signe because her fevers were so frequent. She had to find an alternative pain relief tool. Exercise was her gamechanger. She usually goes to the gym several times a week, but on the days she’s not well enough to go she does some light exercises at home or goes for a walk. She knows this might sound counterintuitive that exercise can help you when you have a fever, but Signe has found regular exercise is the best pain relief for her and she really helps this tip can help you as well!
Signe is a fitness and health influencer from Denmark. In 2011, Ms. Jensen fell off her bike and was severely concussed. Then, in 2013, she was bitten by a tick and developed a bullseye rash. She was given 10 days of antibiotics. Soon, she had flu-like symptoms, hair loss, and menstrual irregularities. Ms. Jensen finally received a positive Lyme test five years later.
