Georgia Grey’s Lyme Hack:
Georgia Grey talks about using nutrition to reduce inflammation and aid in healing from tick-borne illness. Most of us have heard about reducing the consumption of processed foods, sugar, gluten, and dairy from our diet as a tool to both reduce symptoms and help our body heal, but Georgia teaches us that reducing grains and legumes has helped her clients when eliminating the usual suspects from their diet didn’t help them feel better. In fact, Georgia personally experienced a significant decrease in joint pain from Lyme when she started to eliminate grains.
Georgia is the 31-year-old founder of Whole Body Healing Nutrition, a holistic nutrition business. Ms. Grey’s Lyme disease symptoms began at the age of 24. Prior to the onset of symptoms, Ms. Grey was a teacher working 10-to-12-hour days and an avid runner competing in half and full marathons. During her Lyme disease treatment journey, Ms. Grey studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and became a Certified Holistic Health Coach.
