After years of being at this, what I’ve come to realize is that if I started a new antibiotic or new herbal, and I have symptoms that escalated or new symptoms that developed, that it was not die off. And instead, another infection was having a party while the immune system was focused on the infection that was being treated. And so, what I’ve learned is not to focus on detoxes and supplements to try and quell those new symptoms, but instead to find antibiotics and herbals to address the other infection and to go after it head-on.
