“Hi. My name is Carly, and I’m so excited to share a Lyme healing hack for the Lyme Hackathon. So, one of the biggest game changers in my Lyme healing journey was learning to support my body daily in simple yet powerful ways. So, one thing I would do is start my mornings with warm lemon water to gently detox and support my liver, and it’s a habit I actually still do today. Then I would spend time on my PEMF mat. So that stands for Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy. It uses low-frequency waves to recharge cells and support healing, circulation, and inflammation. I also learned to shift my mindset. So, meditation was a big tool, and brain retraining helped me rewire into a healing state instead of a fear state. This was an absolute game-changer. Healing from Lyme is such a journey, but small, consistent habits really do make a difference.” – Carly Taylor
