“Hi, Tick Boot Camp, Ashley here. My Lyme hack is to focus on inflammation. Mentally, physically and spiritually. Mentally focusing on more positive thoughts. Ways to bring that in are through mindfulness, being in nature, finding ways to be creative. Physically, focusing on foods that decrease inflammation, like sugar and gluten, focusing on supplements that support our immune system. Things I like to take are fish oil for brain fog, probiotics for gut health, vitamin D to support my immune system and CBD to help decrease pain and inflammation.
